Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within three business days.
Orders are shipped as they are received. We are unable to delay shipment or hold orders for any reason. If you will not be available to receive your package, please place your order at a later time.
A confirmation email with tracking will be sent when your order ships.
Signature confirmation is required for all orders.
Shipping Method & Destinations
Shipments within the US are shipped via UPS. We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including AK, HI, PR, American Samoa, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Additional transit time may apply for remote destinations.
International Orders
We ship to the UK and EU. International orders are shipped via DHL. Customers in these regions have the option to prepay duties at checkout to avoid unexpected charges upon delivery.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has shipped, carrier delays or customs processing times are outside our control. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we'll assist with a carrier claim.
