Returns

Glitch Cloud products purchased from glitchcloud.us may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

All returns carry a 20% restocking fee. Returned units must be in new condition and shipped in their original packaging. Any wear, damage, or missing items may incur additional fees or be refused.

To start a return, email info@glitchcloud.us for an RMA number. Once issued, ship the product using a trackable, insured service to the address provided. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping box. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

After an RMA is issued, the item must arrive within 7 days. Returns received outside this window may be denied.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.

If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid import fees, it will be treated as a return and refunded minus shipping and restocking fees.


Order Cancellations

Refunds for orders that have not yet shipped are subject to a 3% to 6% processing fee, which covers the non-refundable payment processing charge collected by the merchant processor.


Warranty

All Glitch Cloud products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the ship date. If a unit fails during this period due to defects in materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or—at our discretion—replaced at no cost to the original purchaser.

After the 90-day period, repairs may be available for a reasonable service fee, depending on the nature of the damage.


Limits of Liability

In case of failure, the purchaser’s sole remedy is repair or replacement as described above. Glitch Cloud is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost audio, lost profits, damage to other equipment, or inability to use the product. Liability will not exceed the original purchase price. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

Use of the product constitutes acceptance of these terms.


Exclusions

This warranty covers defects that occur under normal use. It does not cover:

  • misuse or abuse
  • unauthorized modifications
  • operation outside recommended conditions
  • damage from incorrect power supplies
  • improper storage
  • natural disasters or electrical events
  • loss or theft

Units purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers are not covered under warranty. The warranty is non-transferable.
