Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within one week of ordering. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order is shipped. Signature confirmation is required for all orders.

• Within the U.S.: FedEx 2-Day Flat Rate

• Europe, UK: DHL Express Worldwide

We ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Additional shipping fees and longer delivery times may apply to these locations.

Safety and Use Instructions

To ensure the best performance and longevity of your Glitch Cloud Audio product, please follow these guidelines:

• Power Supply: Use only a 9V DC center-negative power supply. Using an incorrect power supply may damage the pedal.

• Keep Dry: Avoid exposing the pedal to water or moisture.

• Unplug When Not in Use: Disconnect the power supply when the pedal is not in use.

• Ventilation: Avoid using the pedal in excessively hot or enclosed environments.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Glitch Cloud Audio product. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below:

Return Conditions:

• The product must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

• A 10% restocking fee may apply at our discretion.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.

To start a return, send us an email with your order number and reason for return. Once we authorize the return, you must initiate the return shipment within 5 days.

We cannot accept Items returned in a worn or damaged condition, or missing accessories. We reserve the right to deny returns for products with excessive wear.

Warranty Policy

Non-Transferrable Limited Warranty

We take pride in crafting high-quality products, and we stand behind our work. Glitch Cloud Audio guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date. If your product experiences an issue within this time, we will replace it at no cost to you, at our discretion.

Limits of Liability: Our warranty covers replacement of defective products only. We are not responsible for any other losses or damages resulting from the failure or use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, loss of savings, damage to other equipment, or any other incidental or consequential damages. Our liability will never exceed the original purchase price of the product. We do not offer any other warranties beyond what is stated here. By using our products, you agree to these terms.

Warranty Exclusions: While we cover manufacturing defects, our warranty does not apply to:

• Lost or stolen products.

• Damage from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications such as firmware manipulation, improper storage, lightning strikes, or natural disasters.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage caused by accidents, water exposure, or power surges.

How to Make a Warranty Claim: If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty replacement, please reach out to us. Include proof of purchase, serial number, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
